SANPRAŽ Silicone Emulsions
Sanpra Silicone Emulsions are combination (mixture)of water and Polydimethlysiloxane fluids with the help of emulsifiers. These emulsions are chemically inert, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-hazardous. They possess low surface tension and superior wetting properties. Various grades of Silicone Emulsions are available depending upon solid contents(silicone + emulsifiers content):
APPEARANCE: MILKY WHITE
SOLID CONTENT: 20-45 %
Specific Gravity: 0.990 to o.999
Applications
- Mould release Agent for rubber moulded articles such as footwear, rubber sheets , hose-pipes, oil seals, auto components, Tyres, Tubes etc.
- as a polish for rubber, plastic and similar articles,
- as a release agent in foundry operations,
as a surface treatment for printed paper,
- as a textile softener.
Also in addition of above applications HIGH SHINE silicone emulsion are also available as per requirement

Pharmaceutical industry utilizes SPN-814 Activated Dimethyl Silicone Compound (Simethicone) for Antiflatulent and Defoaming applications . The industrial applications include defoaming in Edible oil processing, production of Paints and Varnish, Adhesives, Soaps, Cosmetics, Rubber latex items etc. It is also used in the petroleum industry as an antifoam in the production of Lubricants, Petroleum pitch and in Gas scrubbing process.
Silicone Defoamer SPN-815
SPN-815 Activated Dimethyl Silicone Emulsion is a water dispersable form of a polydimethylsiloxane and silicone dioxide mixture . The chemically inert nature of this product facilitates its use as a defoamer/ antifoam in Textile, Paint and Varnish, Paper, Food, Beverage, Cosmetics and Chemical processing.
